Partner with G&A leadership and operational teams to develop functional roadmaps and execution plans
Collaborate with functional BPs and Corporate FP&A team to maintain monthly G&A headcount and expense forecasts
Coordinate and lead Monthly Operational Review meetings to analyze performance and support decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline
5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience with a track record of success
Knowledge of FP&A and financial accounting principles, preferably in a high-growth B2B software/SaaS environment
Experience in building driver-based financial models of varying complexity
Ability to perform under tight timelines in a dynamic environment
