Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchandising Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce merchandising standards by assessing virtual showrooms and collaborating with dealership personnel and the Retail Marketing Operations team
• Identify opportunities for process improvements at dealerships and work with store and Marketing Managers to enhance merchandising
• Research new technologies and educate Marketing Managers and dealership personnel on their implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 1 year of relevant experience
• Automotive retail experience is required
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
• Self-driven with strong organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to change and focus on results
