Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle strategies, primarily through email and SMS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient engagement and access to mental healthcare
• Refine reporting and analytics capabilities and expand test-and-learn programs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in D2C/B2C lifecycle or retention marketing roles
• Hands-on experience with Iterable for campaign setup and optimization
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and A/B testing
• Excellent project management skills for handling multiple campaigns simultaneously
