Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead nurture programs, optimize onboarding flows, and create retention initiatives to reduce churn and increase upsell opportunities
• Oversee CRM platform integrations, website content, A/B testing frameworks, and leverage data analytics to refine messaging and targeting strategies
• Use insights to inform strategic decisions that improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction, while managing all website-related initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact
• Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience with marketing automation tools and strong analytical skills
