Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Team Lead to support and develop their team of clinicians in delivering high-quality mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a small caseload to support EHR workflows and ensure high standards of care
• Lead and support a team of clinicians, ensuring compliance with documentation and treatment plans
• Oversee clinical programs and evaluate supervision models for efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist with state-approved clinical supervisor designation
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth and families, preferably in a school-based setting
• Commitment to equity and cultural competence in adapting care for diverse populations
• Familiarity with EHRs and experience in a remote, telehealth environment
• Able to lead teams and communicate effectively across disciplines
