Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Behavioral Health Care Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct telephonic clinical reviews with providers to ensure effective outpatient behavioral health services
  • Assess member care against coverage guidelines and shape treatment plans in collaboration with providers
  • Administer benefits and review treatment plans to promote best practices in outpatient psychotherapy


Required Qualifications:
  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, or an RN with 2+ years in behavioral health
  • Active, unrestricted licensure in Arizona, Kentucky, or California
  • 2+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Experience in outpatient psychotherapy and community-based treatment
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
