Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Privacy to join their Corporate Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the privacy compliance program, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and state laws
• Conduct investigations into privacy violations and develop improvement plans as necessary
• Draft communications related to privacy incidents and manage the records management program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare privacy programs, including incident investigations
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA and applicable federal and state privacy laws
• 3+ years of experience conducting comprehensive privacy investigations
