Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of U.S. and international commercial contracts
• Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations and business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with business needs

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of legal experience, preferably in both in-house and law firm roles
• A university degree in law (Mag. iur.), with an LL.M. from a U.S. university as an advantage
• Solid understanding of contract law and experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Familiarity with intellectual property law, especially trademarks, is a plus
• Interest in legal technology tools and the print-on-demand and e-commerce industries
