Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops a variety of learning assets including eLearning, job aids, and virtual training materials
• Develops scalable learning paths that support global strategies and facilitate localization
• Collaborates with stakeholders to conduct needs analyses and ensure alignment of learning solutions with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Experience designing digital learning and enablement programs using tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ability to leverage AI and learning analytics in the design and delivery of learning solutions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating learner-centric design and measurable business outcomes
• In-depth knowledge of IT technologies and sales enablement best practices
