The Training and Implementation Specialist Role ‍
• Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office
• Training new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions
• Nurturing existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard
• Building strong relationships with customers so they endorse the DentalMonitoring brand and continue to use and advocate the DentalMonitoring products
• Acting as a technical bridge between the customers and DentalMonitoring platform
• Supporting and attending local trade shows
• Working and communicating with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives in your scope
• Influencing doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while alleviating any of the customers’ hesitations to adopt a disruptive technology
• Travelling at least 4 days per week to the practices of your territory to train and support in person office implementation

You will be successful in this role if your are/have
• 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or equivalent degree
• An excellent understanding of the conceptual/consultative sales approach
• A consultative, training and implementation experience
• The ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external clients
• A high level of IT/computer science knowledge computer science and a strong interest in new technologies
• The ability to act diplomatically, demonstrate listening skills and empathy
• The ability to influence and provoke changes in clients’ way of thinking
• The ability to prioritize tasks, organize and prioritize priorities
• Proactive, independent, enthusiastic, and curious
• A team spirit
• Fluent in English and local language
