Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Compliance Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Coding and Billing Compliance education and ensure timely audit results
• Identify key risk areas in Compliance and develop corresponding education
• Monitor regulatory updates and coordinate education for the organization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field required
• Coding Certification from AHIMA or AAPC required
• Compliance Certification required or to be obtained within one year of employment
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience with coding and/or billing required
• Prior supervisory or management experience required
