Learning Design Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Design Associate to support faculty in integrating college courses into their educational model.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist faculty in developing and implementing course content and infrastructure
• Support troubleshooting of Canvas LMS and course technology challenges
• Conduct course reviews to enhance the scholar experience and communicate findings

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Canvas Learning Management System administration
• Familiarity with online course quality rubrics, such as OSCQR or QM
• Project management experience related to course design and development
• Experience in teaching within higher education or secondary education settings
• Strong commitment to advancing equitable educational outcomes
