A company is looking for an On-Post Student Support Specialist to provide personalized assistance to military-affiliated students.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer personalized programmatic information and support during designated office hours on military installations
• Serve as the initial point of contact for students, addressing concerns and directing them to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, student affairs, or a related field preferred
• 1+ year of experience supporting military personnel or personal experience as a military spouse
• Experience in academic advising, student support services, or higher education administration
• Familiarity with military education benefits and challenges faced by service members and their families
• Proficiency in online learning platforms and virtual communication tools
