Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for a cloud-based regulatory compliance platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional content tailored to the needs of surplus lines brokers and compliance teams
• Utilize AI and machine learning tools to enhance training personalization and responsiveness
• Translate technical and regulatory information into accessible training content in collaboration with various teams

Requirements and Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in instructional design or educational technology preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a technical training role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience with AI-assisted course creation using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
• Insurtech or surplus lines tax filing experience is a plus
