A company is looking for a Lead Voiceover Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of voiceover actors, providing guidance and support
• Plan and manage voiceover projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Perform voiceovers for various projects and review/edit voiceovers from team members

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills to effectively manage a team of voiceover artists
• Strong understanding of sound design principles
• Ability to mentor and train new team members
• Familiarity with digital audio workstations and recording equipment
• Understanding of the business aspects of voiceover work, including client needs and pricing
