Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about benefits programs
• Create compelling materials such as presentations, brochures, and digital assets
• Attend client meetings to understand communication needs and provide expert input

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits communication or a related field
• Strong knowledge of employee benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.)
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating visually appealing presentations
• Ability to learn Adobe InDesign within the first 6 months; experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
• Comfortable engaging with clients in informal meetings and gathering feedback
