Senior Manager, Content Acquisition

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, ROW Content Program (TEMP).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content acquisition efforts in select international territories, including partner management and deal negotiation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with content partners, including authors, writers, and publishers
• Independently manage and execute high volume deal flow, structuring and negotiating deals that align with the company's content strategy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in book publishing, content, media rights, or business development
• Resourceful self-starter with a focus on excellence
• Strong deal-making, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to operate in a high-energy, rapidly evolving environment
• International experience and understanding of both digital and traditional media spaces preferred
