Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in searches
• Experience recruiting for diverse functions such as product, business operations, and finance
• Prior experience managing multiple searches simultaneously
• Proven success in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
