Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of EHR Operations to oversee and optimize their electronic health record system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on EHR informatics, training, and support
• Direct the design, implementation, and optimization of the Aprima EHR system
• Manage EHR-related projects, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and organizational goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Experience in managing and configuring an EHR platform, preferably Aprima
• Proven background in large-scale EHR project implementation
• Team leadership experience in healthcare or health IT
