Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner of the Braze platform, overseeing architecture, configuration, and optimization
• Design and implement email/SMS infrastructure to support marketing initiatives across multiple channels
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate CRM platforms and develop automated workflows and templates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology or related technical roles
• Deep expertise with Braze or similar enterprise CRM platforms
• Strong technical understanding of email and SMS infrastructure and deliverability
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email development
• Experience designing and implementing complex marketing automation workflows
