Hospice Services Marketer/Sales

We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the vital link between our organization and the community. The role is essential to building relationships, promoting our services, and enhancing community engagement. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the interaction in the community to promote hospice services.

Fulltime Position

Pay: Commensurate with experience, salary plus uncapped bonus potential

Requirements

• Previous healthcare marketing experience required
• Hospice and/or home health marketing experience preferred
• Recognize an existing book of business
• CRM experience for data input and output to speak to hospice services
• Ability to analyze marketing strategy and develop a marketing plan to support growth initiatives
• Capacity to visit physician practices, hospitals, ALFs, SNFs, LTCFs and other potential referral sources
• Interpersonal, customer service, and professional relationship building skills 
• Self-motivated and team player
• Organization skills, attention to details, and follow up protocol adherence with referral sources
• Knowledge of basic smart phone/social media use and Microsoft office
• Emotional intelligence skills
• A positive attitude and innovative thinker, with a willingness to learn and grow
