Brand Growth Executive

We’re looking for a Brand Growth Executive who lives for the numbers, hacks the algorithm, and thrives at the intersection of data, culture, and creativity. You’ll help scale one of Europe’s most loved beauty marketplaces by driving smart, exciting, and effective brand growth across channels - organic, paid, and influencer.

You will be responsible for:

  • Turning insights into action: You speak fluent data, decode customer behaviour in your sleep, and spot cultural shifts before they hit the feed. You turn insights into impact - and growth into gospel.
  • Owning channel growth: You don’t just post, you plot. You’ll dream up smart, scrappy ways to win on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and wherever the next wave hits - building visibility, relevance, and hype as you go.
  • Hacking algorithms: You know how the system works - and how to work the system. Whether it’s timing, trends or tactics, you’ll make sure Treatwell content doesn’t just show up, it shows off. 
  • Influencer activation: You’ve got the eye for who’s next, the finesse to brief them brilliantly, and the know-how to turn a story into stats. Organic? Paid? You know how to make both pop.
  • Collaborating with creatives: You’ll plug in with our brand, content, and design crew, along with our local market experts, to create campaigns that stop the scroll and start conversations and spin off cultural and local relevance.
  • Collaboration with performance teams: You’ll work closely with performance marketing to amplify organic wins and turn paid media into a brand growth machine.
  • Creating brand love: This isn’t just about awareness - it’s about obsession. You’ll help shape a brand that’s bold, beloved, and buzzworthy. Help shape and grow Treatwell’s brand voice and community in a way that delivers both cultural impact and commercial wins.
  • Always testing, always learning: Try it. Tweak it. Break it. Build it better. You’re in a constant state of optimisation - and you love it.

About you:

  • A data-driven thinker with a creative edge and serious growth mentality.
  • Experience in a brand or growth-focused role (agency or in-house), ideally in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You know brand fuels performance - and performance feeds brand. No old school silos here. 
  • A cultural sponge - plugged into trends before they’re trending.
  • Fluent in the metrics that matter. You’re comfortable swimming in dashboards - GA, Looker, Meta, TikTok - you name it. You don’t just track, you translate.
  • Creative hacker energy. You’re scrappy, smart, and allergic to "we’ve always done it this way." You see constraints as creative jet fuel.
