A company is looking for a KS/MO Commercial Title Examiner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for commercial and residential properties in Kansas and Missouri
• Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and legal restrictions affecting property titles
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of directly related experience
• State license(s) if required
