Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Search Marketing to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads
• Design and manage full-funnel strategies, including audience segmentation, budget management, and performance tracking
• Own campaign setup, monitor performance, and provide detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• 4-6+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client setting
• Proven expertise managing six-figure budgets across various digital advertising platforms
• Strong command of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM strategy
• Experience with AI tools for campaign optimization and creative testing
