Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media Community Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee social media monitoring and responses for the bank's social media channels and third-party review sites
• Track and report on social media interactions, providing insights and best practice recommendations
• Participate in planning, publishing, and reporting of organic social media content while creating additional engaging content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in social media initiatives, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
• Preferred area of study includes Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or Marketing
• Experience with social media monitoring and reporting for a large bank or financial services company
• Proficient in social media publishing, monitoring, and listening platforms
• Demonstrated experience in creating compelling social media content and understanding of community management best practices
