IT Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Analyst to support and advance the organization's phishing awareness program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the phishing awareness program and related metrics, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
• Conduct data analysis and visualization of phishing data for executive leadership to reduce cyber risk
• Monitor program objectives and compliance requirements while recommending process improvements and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• 2+ years of related experience, particularly in IT Security Awareness programs
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables and graph creation
• Experience in project planning and coordinating activities
• Professional understanding of cybersecurity and IT practices
