Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to join a remote team supporting a Department of Veterans Affairs project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and remove blockers
• Build relationships to foster collaboration and innovation within an Agile software development team
• Advise government personnel on process improvements and collaborate with senior client leadership teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven experience leading Agile teams with automated application deployments
• Strong background in large-scale software development and software integration projects
• Expertise in the SAFe Agile framework
