Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Engineer to manage internal IT resources and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage helpdesk processes and provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support remotely
• Onboard new hires by provisioning computers and accounts
• Maintain accurate asset management inventory and support business applications

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT, helpdesk, or system administration
• Experience in a SaaS company, preferably in HR tech
• Experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows systems
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems like Jira Service Desk or Zendesk
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
