Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead IAM Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IAM initiatives, focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and integration
• Build custom automation solutions using Java and cloud services like AWS and Azure
• Collaborate with security leadership to evaluate access models and ensure compliance with governance structures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT, with 3+ years focused on IAM and automation
• Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IGA solutions, along with Java/J2EE development skills
• Familiarity with AWS IAM, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Proven experience in building and managing IAM solutions and automation architecture
