Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT to lead and scale its corporate IT function.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the internal IT roadmap to support growth and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Corporate IT, with 3+ years in leadership roles in high-growth environments
• Experience building internal IT systems and support functions from the ground up
• Strong proficiency with tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, and ITSM platforms
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks like SOC2 and HIPAA
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code practices and automation, particularly with Terraform
