Copilot Governance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Copilot Governance Lead to define, manage, and optimize governance and compliance of Microsoft 365 Copilot use.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, document, and implement governance and compliance for Copilot use and development at the FDIC
• Lead governance working sessions with stakeholders to establish Copilot governance and compliance
• Provide guidance and training for end users and citizen developers on Copilot and custom development

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related degree
• Greater than 6 years of governance and administration support experience
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 services and IT practices
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin tools, including Copilot and Power Platform
• Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and compliance standards
