Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director / Sr. Director, Technology Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for operational improvements and innovation across the technology organization
• Design and implement processes to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and productivity among technology teams
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools across technology teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering operations, program management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive operational excellence in engineering organizations
• Advanced knowledge of engineering workflows, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
