Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Sales Specialist responsible for supporting Regional Vice Presidents in acquiring new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge and process incoming referrals for timely action
  • Oversee the sales cycle, including scheduling and communication with clients
  • Provide support to the sales team and coordinate with central support teams on sales activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, financial services, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of applicable experience, ideally in project management and/or financial services
  • Basic knowledge of RIA and custodial platforms and investment products is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
  • Must be in good compliance standing with all rules, regulations, and policies
