Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's products and services while interacting with customers
• Resolve billing inquiries and assist customers with orders and account issues
• Conduct outbound calls and manage customer escalations effectively

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a call center environment; 5-6 years if no retail energy experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area
• Previous retail energy experience is preferred
• Experience in customer service and handling escalations
