Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains US state and local tax registrations for multiple entities
  • Manages timely processing of federal, state, and local tax filings and payments
  • Reconciles periodic, quarterly, and annual tax report balancing between payroll applications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5 years of ADP Smart Compliance payroll tax and reporting experience
  • 5 years of multi-state and local U.S. payroll tax experience
  • 10+ years of payroll experience in a mid-to-large, high volume, multi-state company
  • Certified Public Accountant preferred upon hire
