Cost Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Cost Accounting to support its manufacturing operations and drive financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and monitoring of cost accounting policies and procedures
• Provide financial support for operational planning and decision-making
• Drive global process excellence and talent development within the cost accounting team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant financial/accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or publicly traded companies
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience with operational planning and cost accounting
• Understanding of data structure and analytics, with ERP systems experience (Oracle preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively with business units and IT for system design and reporting needs
