Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to engage with prospective and existing customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential and current customers, explaining products and pricing
• Close sales, enter orders, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Follow up on leads and manage customer retention efforts for cancellations or refunds

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in inside sales or customer enrollment
• A proven track record of meeting sales goals in a high-volume environment
• Experience in managing objections and retaining hesitant customers
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other common software tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
