A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to develop and manage sales training programs and support sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales onboarding and ongoing training programs
• Manage an AI roleplay platform for sales practice and objection handling
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to ensure high-quality RFP responses

Required Qualifications

• Five years of sales enablement experience, preferably with program development
• Experience with RFP responses in a B2B context
• Ability to influence and gain buy-in from executives and stakeholders
• Experience managing sales enablement or content management platforms
• Proficient in Salesforce and Google Suite
