• Support and troubleshoot feed-related issues while ensuring listings quality assurance
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance services and processes

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a customer service or communications role
• Experience using various channels for customer support, including phone and email
• Familiarity with Zendesk or other Help Desk platforms
• Ability to adapt to changes in processes and products
• Open to weekend availability as needed
