Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker-MSW Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients and families
• Coordinate care and resources for patients facing psychosocial challenges, including crisis intervention and discharge planning
• Serve as a liaison with protective services and community agencies for cases involving abuse, neglect, and guardianship

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work required
• De-escalation certification required within 6 months
• Permanent LSW licensure required; LCSW licensure preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
