Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst/Eligibility Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage eligibility for a diverse book of business
• Enroll new employees in benefit plans and process status changes
• Conduct eligibility and billing audits, resolving discrepancies with clients or carriers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Basic knowledge of group insurance products and eligibility transactions with major carriers
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Prior experience with Employee Navigator, Ease, Rippling, and/or Zenefits is preferred
