Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for a remote telehealth position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs, determining appropriate levels of care and referrals
• Independently diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and coordinate treatment plans
• Communicate findings and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a Nurse Practitioner program
• Current or willingness to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Preferred 1 year of recent experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in emergency or urgent care and knowledge of home and community health services is an asset
