Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients impacted by dementia
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess family needs and program fit
• Explain the program, including clinical pathways, technology, and support services

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferably in social work or psychology
• Comfortable with technology and virtual work
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience building rapport with patients and families
• Able to manage difficult patient interactions with empathy
