• Assist in building and maintaining the athenaOne platform
• Provide remote support for EHR issues and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Manage communication between stakeholders and support data collection related to system configuration

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in clinical/managed care or EHR support
• 1+ years of experience in a professional environment
• Knowledge of extended medical terminology
• Experience with data collection and document management
• Familiarity with SQL and HTML
