Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Incident Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and detect incidents through various channels
• Prioritize and conduct initial triage of incidents, collaborating with technical teams for resolution
• Maintain incident records and generate reports for analysis and improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Basic understanding of incident management frameworks, such as ITIL
• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices
• Ability to support incident management during off-hours, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
