Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment, managing user and license management, security settings, and overall system health
• Design, build, test, and maintain automations to streamline patient outreach, enrollment processes, and partnership workflows
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Flows and experience with Apex classes
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations with third-party applications
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; additional certifications are highly desirable
• Strong ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions
