Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager II to partner with automotive dealers and brands to implement scalable eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch eCommerce selling channels for dealerships, including site setup, technical support, and customer training
• Manage a portfolio of 10-40 clients, setting objectives and maintaining communication on project status
• Lead client onboarding and provide technical training for eCommerce solutions

Required Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 3+ years of Project Management/Implementation Management experience in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned metrics
• Project management experience
• E-commerce experience
