Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project/Grant Manager to oversee a workforce development project in behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
• Lead project team members, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with grant requirements
• Monitor project progress, report findings, and engage stakeholders through effective communication strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, public policy, public health, education, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in public health or grant-funded environments
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
