Implementation Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation project support including kick-off meetings, requirements discussions, and status updates
• Perform system analysis, configuration, and integration testing while leading collaboration with other resources
• Act as a mentor for the Channel Partner team and resolve client inquiries regarding system and process issues

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in account management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively use data for strategy
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
• Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software
