Bishop & Company is seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Representatives for a 12 month temporary opportunity with a large local company. The Overnight Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our client’s customers during late-night hours.

The Overnight CSR will transition to a remote opportunity after the completion of in-person, daytime training. Candidates must reside on Oahu by time of hire.

Required Skills

– Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
– Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to night shift.
– Analytical and computer literate
– 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Excel and Word
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Prior experience in customer service or call center environment

Required Education and Experience

– High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred
– 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience

Other Requirements

– Must be able to work extended hours or additional days depending on company needs
– Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment

Additional Job Details

– Pay: $30/hr
– Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am
– Temporary for 12-months from hire
– Opportunity to work from home with all necessary equipment provided
– Training will take place in our client’s Downtown Honolulu office
